What the Families First Coronavirus Response Act Could Mean to Your Center

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19 through December 31, 2020.  It is important for employers to understand their responsibilities and employees to understand their rights relative to COVID-19 for the remainder of the year under the new law.  Click on the link below to download an overview from the Department of Labor in English and Spanish.  These are also designed to be displayed in your employee resource area where your other required department of labor posters are displayed.
